7 years

Sun Mar 29, 2009, 9:12 PM
Seems I have been a member of Deviantart for more than 7 years now (april 22nd 2001) soon to reach 8 years then! While it remains true that my updates are scarce and almost non-existant. They do make appearances when time affords it (and interest.) Since I made a drastic change in life and became a chef time for computer graphics is scarce. I devote my creative energies towards cooking and therefore the computerized muse gets left in the shadows. Nonetheless, you will be seeing some of me from time to time.

I still play WoW, my restoration shaman having hit 80. I also play an 80 Protection Paladin. My rogue has been left at 70 for now, using it for enchants and storage. The druid I mentioned is stuck at 41, the class holds no appeal to me, at least not for now. I also maintain a 73 warlock who keeps dinging by the day. I tried the Death Knight and found watching paint dry more interesting, I got it to 72.

Almost forgot, here is a shameless plug for my WoW blog, it concerns and revolves mostly around restoration shamans. For those interested here is the link:

Well I am awaiting, with great anticipation, the release of the sequel. I will most likely be making a couple to satiate my hunger for NWN2.

Potestisne videre?

:iconsirbalin:
Where shall I begin?

Let's turn back the calendar to the year 1998 - May, to be exact. At that time, I place an order to add additional phone lines and voice mail to my home.

The installation was to be fulfilled approximately July 15th of that year. Several days after that date, realizing that no US West phone company representative had shown up, I placed a call to one of your fine agents - my Customer Service Representative (let's call him Alex), and asked why, in fact, the important work was not completed, let alone attempted.

The answer that came back was simple, yet astounding:

The area of concern utilized an "older" system, and couldn't provide the switching to connect a missed call to Voice Mail, or provide the additional lines that I needed.

Well, imagine my surprise.

That's a good question for your agent.
